Have you tried Raw Republic’s Vanilla or Cacao Chia Puddings? They are some of our favorite go-to’s for breakfast or as a snack. We love having it on our menu because we know that it is powered by omega-3’s, protein, and antioxidants!

The following recipes are a spin-off of what we offer in store so that you can try it out for fun!

(*All toppings as shown are available to include as add-on’s to your Raw Republic Chia Puddings)

 

Prep

Yield 4 servings

 


 

VANILLA PUDDING

Vanilla Chia

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups nut or seed milk

½ cup hulled chia seeds

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup coconut nectar or (maple syrup/raw honey)

Optional: ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  •         Whisk milk, vanilla, sweetener and cinnamon powder (if adding) in a medium bowl or cambro container.
  •         Add chia seeds into the milk mixture.
  •         Let it soak for 30 min; continue to whisk every 5 min for best result.
  •         Chill for another 30 min in the refrigerator.
  •         When ready to serve, top it with nuts, berries, or fruits of your choice.

 


 

CHOCOLATE PUDDING

 

Cacao Chia

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups nut or seed milk

½ cup chia seeds

1 tablespoon raw cacao

¼ cup coconut nectar (or maple syrup / raw honey)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  •          Whisk nut milk, raw cacao and sweetener in a medium bowl or cambro container.
  •          Add chia seeds into the milk mixture.
  •          Let it soak for 30 min; continue to whisk every 5 min for best result.
  •          Chill for another 30 min in the refrigerator.
  •          When ready to serve, top it with nuts, berries, or fruits of your choice.

STRAWBERRY PUDDING

Strawberry Chia

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups nut or seed milk

½ cup hulled chia seeds

¼ cup of fresh or frozen strawberries (stem-free)

¼ cup coconut nectar (or maple syrup / raw honey)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  •          Blend nut milk, strawberries and sweetener in a blender (high-speed.) Place in a medium bowl or cambro container.
  •          Add chia seeds into the milk mixture.
  •          Let it soak for 30 min; continue to whisk every 5 min for best result.
  •          Chill for another 30 min in the refrigerator.
  •          When ready to serve, top it with nuts, strawberries, or fruits of your choice.

 


 

Try out any of the following ingredients as epic toppings or mix-ins!

This is the most pure and natural way to make chia pudding, with the finest ingredients.

2 cups nut or seed milk (homemade)

3 medjool dates (blended with the milk)

½ cup chia seeds (try white chia seeds for a brighter look)

½ teaspoon vanilla bean

  •          Blend nut milk, dates, vanilla bean and a sweetener in a blender (high-speed.) Place in a medium bowl or cambro container.
  •          Add chia seeds into the milk mixture.
  •          Let it soak for 30 min; continue to whisk every 5 min for best result.
  •          Chill for another 30 min in the refrigerator.
  •          When ready to serve, top it with nuts, strawberries, or fruits of your choice.
